Quit !!!!! lol B) its on there end, been going on for weeks. Fix your TRIBBLE Arc.

    First of all, contact customer support again. Secondly, the name of the company is Cryptic Studios, which is under the umbrella of Perfect World Entertainment. Arc is like Steam or Origin, it is not the company's name but is a portal to many games and their launchers. Instead of what you just did, calm down and wait. Similar bugs have been fixed for the PC, so a fix should be coming sometime. Also, as a business they get lots of tickets over bugs and many times get overwhelmed with them and can lead to delays. Keep that in mind, otherwise this thread might get locked soon due to your outburst which is considered flaming and is a violation of the terms and conditions of these forums. Thanks. :)
