Jem'Hadar Engineer Captains. Not touched. Nearly broke.

when it comes to the Jem'Hadar captains. It's hard to see much Engineers. All of my main characters. including my Jem'Hadar is an Engineer. the Duty Officers for Fabrications do not cover for Dominion type captains. Sure you can beam down PHASER, DISRUPTOR AND PLASMA type turrets. but its impossible to beam down extra Polaron. as for the Exocomp. or for some the lack there of. the Duty Officer does not cover that as well. Don't get me started on Orbital Devistation using PLASMA instead of Polaron. so... I ask. Where is the love?
