A question about PVP

Ok I remember a while back people could duel (1V1 PVP) by right clicking the person can clicking a tab that said something to the effect of "challenge player" and you could duel. I took a break for a little while and when I came back that option had been removed. My question is: is there a way to duel a person in space and/or ground combat 1v1?

    I saw that as well. Am hoping the space PvP private marked solo or duo is the one for space. Hopefully somebody can chime in with a confirm or more info and also mention what to do for ground PvP currently. One on one duels can be a lot of fun, one on one 'testing' is an important part of the game for many.
