Can't Beam to Ship or Switch Maps, Then Can't Move

Attempting to beam to ship from ground "fails" and the character remains rooted on ground and only able to use slotted abilities; but most of keyboard does not work at all. The same happens when trying to transwarp to starting locations and maps. Basically can't get to Drozana to do testing and/or can't get out from Drozana ground.
