Lvl 10 ship?

Just come back after only ever playing the first free month on release.

Started back with my lvl14 tactical toon.

Somehow I seem to only have 1 ship and no free ship for lvl10.
I checked with boss at stardock (forgot name Gill?) but no mention of the ship.

When I go to the ship vendor all ships need dilithium or lobi.

What am I doing wrong or is this a ticket needed?

    - Which faction - Fed, KDF, Rom? If Fed, plain, TOS or Discovery?
    - Did you finish the tutorial missions?

    You get a Promotion mission to get the ship, telling you where to go and who to talk to. It's triggered by level and finishing other missions.

    You might want to just create a new character so you can play the new tutorial, it's completely re-worked. Or create a TOS or Discovery captain if you want, they have different tutorials.

    Federation and I think I did all the tutorials, but maybe I didn't....will check. If that is a requirement then it may be that.

    Realised I am thick.

    I already have the tier 2 ship - didn't remember that you start out in the tutorials in light cruiser.

    Sorry been several years since I played.
