Been gone a year and 5 days back I have already hit so many bugs and fails... The level 20 freebie ship that doesn't let you slot the far right weapon slots and console slots... Supposedly this has been like this for weeks..and the best they come up with is a workaround by leveling past 21. No big deal really..
then there's the $20 in zen I spent for my account bank upgrades (had 70..added 20) that never applied to my account bank.. Support tells me they can't help me.
Then.... this new free ship. I decided to dump 500 of my Lobi I had since I already have everything from the store (a year ago) minus the 2 new ships they added I really don't like.... and I get the T'Pau... Looks nice... but the standard bridge? The generic trash bridge? Really? They could have at least assigned the option to select a fed bridge or something like they did on the D'Kyr? Yea, I am complaining a bit...but hey.. I know a bridge isn't that big of a deal...but it sure says a lot about effort. At least last year's event ship also had a mission to run to get matching gear for...
