A Risian Science Ship would be cool, but what I want to see is a Pakled Trader.
Some of the benefits of the Pakled Trader are:
*All Universal BOff stations with a unique Universal Specialist Seat which can use any Specialist Power the seated BOff has
*Able to slot aft-only weapons in forward slots
*Able to slot forward-only weapon in aft slots
*Gain stacking [Dam] [CrtH] and [CrtD] effects dpending on how many different energy types and weapon types equipped
*Using one piece of any set grants a set bonus if no other part of that set is equipped. (Must have two different set items equipped to get a 2-piece bonus, and three different set items to get a 3-piece bonus, etc.) Applying multiple pieces of the same set offers the usual set bonus.
*Tactical consoles buff every energy type except the one listed.
*Crimson Force Field Universal Console which renders incoming enemy projectiles inert.
*Trait: Scavenger. Increases the quality of dropped loot by one rarity category.
My build involves having a Mine Launcher, Torpedo, Dual Heavy Cannon, Cannon, Turret, Dual Beam Bank, Beam Array, and Kinetic Cutting Beam. Naturally, the DHC and DBB are mounted in the aft slots for those pesky swarmers and engineering teams. I just can't decide if I should have a Plasma DBB and Disruptor DHC or the other way around. The mines are definitely tractor mines and the torp is Chroniton.

I have requested this before for the BoP to have a true Universal BOFF seat...where any specialization could be used.
But when I thought about it...because they made every BOFF trainable in any or every specialization all for a cost of a manual....players would undermine the system using this. Players could pick and choose the best abilities across several specializations and train it on the BOFF.
Instead of creating a ship that were designated to work in a specific field of expertise, and focused on doing that one thing the best.
And it would not be very much of a puzzle to figure out how to set it up.
And it is part of playing the game: using a limited number of "slots" and a large selection of gear to pick and choose through, to figure out how to make it work for a specialization.

I think the good money is probably on another TRIBBLE ship, like the anniversary ship.
The release of the next part of Age of Disco and the beginning of the new season seemed timed together. The new season just started and has 14 episodes, so the final one would air some time in mid- to late-May.
Summer event has started in the first week(-ish) of June in 2014-2017. 2018's July start was an aberration. Seems only fitting that the third and final part will be released at the end of the show's season and would tie nicely to a June summer event start and another Disco-themed ship.
It wouldn't make sense for any event other than anniversary to have an st:d ship, anniversary is the time they usually bring out the new ship packs and event ships based around the theme currently used.

Only thing is we have not seen any announcements about a new ship pack which atm is leading me to believe there isn't going to be one this time around. Yes they normally announce them when they start announcing the anniversary stuff and the stats around the same time they release the stats of the anniversary prize ship. If there is a ship bundle coming it will be late compared to the past couple years.

Normally, I would agree. But, @maniac20 is right, we'd normally also see a new pack.
Also, they've noted many times that this is the first time since STO launched that a concurrent series was airing at the same time and that would provide them opportunities to tie the two together that they haven't had in the past.
I would expect, as they have done with the anniversary ship, next STO episode launch, and new Disco episodes, that they'll make good use of that tie-in opportunity.
All I was saying is that they wouldn't make all the events giveaway a free st:d ship, they would be saving them as c-store, promo, and lockbox ships, they are only likely to give away one st:d ship during the anniversay.

I just checked STO wiki.
Links to STO blogs about accompanying Megabundles are mostly from around 10th February, so, there is still time for announcements.
Edit:
Oh, and about the OP topic - personally I really hope we will get the T6 Risian ships (well one of them) after a long wait...
A Risian Science Ship would be sweet, I admit. I could see one with a 'weather control' type console which summons an ion storm to TRIBBLE with enemies' targeting in an AoE that helps fellow players too.

If we want to cover a science vessel, make it Risian and Disco-related, I'd propose introducing the Baron's Barge from "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad"! It's from DSC, we could pretend/infer it's a Risian design, and make it a science vessel.

Yes, Risa for Risian ships!
We come in peace, SHOOT TO KILL!

Hoping some day we will get a T6 Karfi from the winter event.
