Issues with Map Icons.

A lot of maps offer features like Bank, Account Bank and Mail via consoles.
This means there are no map icons that can be used to locate said services - especially on Maps like New Romulus.
Also - in numerous instances - the map icons chosen are inconsistent. The DOFF mission icon is used for the BOFF vendor on the TOS station for example.
