Can't create new mission

Is the Foundry locked out from making new missions? I can't type a name for the mission in the GUI that pops up.

Try alt-tabbing when you're in the Foundry editor. This is very likely due to a specific glitch that has yet to be fixed, but this can easily be bypassed this way.

It's an annoying but ultimately easy to bypass bug and it's not limited to just typing in a name for a new mission, all typing in the foundry is locked on your first load unless you alt-tab first.
