Bad UI for Vanguard Carrier's Heavy Attack Craft

How can I see Heavy Attack Craft Hp in combat? It's ability from Vanguard Carrier's Linked Command Matrix Console. Only way to focus this ship... Is there other way? Cos "If it takes heavy damage, it will be disabled and you will need to disengage" but there are no indicators for dead or alive craft in combat.

Unfortunately it is like that on all console pets, ie Saucer Seperation, and Mult-Vector Assault Module, ect.

Only way to keep track is like you said, focus and pin it

What's about Go Down Fighting and Ramming Speed? They change color icons at low captain's hp. Is it hard to make changing color trigger for Summon Heavy Attack Craft Ability when it's die? I think it's easiest way

I've never been able to track any console pet by any means and pretty much assume it'll be dead or lagged 20 km behind me after a minute or two...or just forget the whole thing exists. I would much prefer the console automatically deactivate when the pet dies.
