Winterland + Ketracel White

Can you make it so Ketracel white does not work in winterland, no chance of wining a race when jems can get +25% run speed

    I won race with Jem once, on this extra slippy finish slab. He was first and missed the flag, then I reached the flag a bit earlier :). It was my best day with Q. Still can be fast & clumsy & fail :p .
