Could the Risa hoverboards be used in Q’s winter wonderland? (specifically in the fastest game on ice)

    Nope, only on the water of Risa and the Dranuur colony fleet holding.

    Or maybe....snow boards with Fires of Fek'lhr after burners. We can just melt them.
