Unable to access STO for over a week, no support.

Hi,
EBay time I try to log in, I get stuck at the character screen and it won't load my team. I just get redirected back to the Engage screen.
I've done everything and more, of what ARC suggested. Every connection, log in and information they've given me, doesn't work.
Just paid quite a bit for a great new ship and I can't even play it.
Anyone else having these issues?

Do you have "On Demand Patching" On or Off ? Did you try switching between 32-bit and 64-bit client on the launcher?
