Did we lose 3 hours yesterday - Time Anomaly

The c store sale was suppose to go to per their own post,
"November 21st at 8am PT to November 27th at 10am PT"

The game shut down at 7am, I know I was there. I live in PT or PST or just Pacific Time Zone, so even factoring in Day Light Savings changes, it still should of being going till at least either 9am or 11am - I am giving possibilities built around the time change thing, might be off in terms of time, too tired to think.

So why did they shut down servers at 7am then, cutting out 3 hours. I was left with my last character trying to get dil sold to get zen to fill needs of crew that I couldn't finish. Don't worry I know this will not get any resolution or redo, just wanting to let my voice be heard, somewhere in the Final Frontier.

They do this every time there is a sale or promotion, they always end early.

It's one of those little things Cryptic does to show that they honestly have no consideration for their player base. The first few times this happened, people pointed it out and Cryptic has never addressed it. That's bad enough, but just continuing the same behavior is down right disrespectful to the player base. This is something that's EASY to fix, all it would take is putting the correct times in their announcement. Change the 10 to a 07 and boom.. done.

You're going to get a lot of replies saying it's 'on you' and you should not have 'waited to the last minute,' but that aside.. it's still baffling and inexcusable that Cryptic continues to do this every single time there is a sale or promotion. The first few times, I said 'oh well, it happens' and just let it go.. but seeing how it keeps happening time after time now just goes to show that they simply don't care. This is so easy to fix and it's astounding that they won't make such a minuscule amount of effort to communicate more clearly to the player base.

The first couple times, I defended them and suggested that people just let it go. Mistakes happen, people have to understand that.. but the fact that they just don't care enough to put forth a very slight effort to fix it speaks volumes to the level of importance they place on communication with the players.

Frankly, it's pathetic.
