Transwarp cooldown

Can we get rid of it? I used to use a mission destination to transwarp cheaply. Then they upped the EC amount, so I skipped that handling. Now there is no longer EC involved for mission transwarp, so I can use my old work-around again which negates the cooldwon on normal transwarp.

I know there are some cooldown perks. There should be some kind of compensation of course. Anyway, I love this new feature, but the system on its whole needs some finishing touch.
