We need some serious improvements in the exchange already

The current exchange is totally outdated, I understand STO is an old game but things constantly used by players should be improved in time, the exchange is a perfect example.
1) The search mechanic is terrible and old, we cant search for multiple words like Phaser [CrtD], its limited to the specific sequence of words you type.
2) We cannot see the full list, why on Earth are we forced to ALWAYS scroll the list? Why cant we make the window big enough so we are not forced to scroll up/down every page?! Everybody uses a huge resolution these days!
3) We are bound to specific category search, this is terrible when people are not sure on what category their item is or is simply trying to browse cheap ground/space weapons or Duty officers for projects, we are forced to go through countless categories and do a search on each one of them!
4) We are limited to a 400 items result search, really? We are in 2018 and the database search cant handle more than 400 results at time?
5) The result list should bring more information, (like quality and rank for example) for a faster sorting without having to do ANOTHER search. If this information is displayed we could simply just click on their tab and have the list re arranged, without a new search
6) The item 3 and 5 would reduce the number of search requests drastically and we wouldnt need a "cooldown" on searching, thats also another extremely irritating thing.
