Finish & Update Defera Adventure Zone

The Defera Adventure Zone has been out for many years, yet it remains frustratingly unfinished.

- uses the old crafting system, which doesn't even function all the time
- whole zone has lots of bugs
- there is an entire area that appears to never have been implemented, see the empty stall in-game
- the repair turrets mission (forgot exact name) is incredibly boring

I have reported the bugs as I run across them, so I have done my part in that regards. There are just too many to start listing them here. Looks like it could be another enjoyable place for ground missions but needs work.

Also the city on Defera needs to be fleshed out, at least give us good vendors and consoles for the usual bank, mail & exchange. Ship management and supplies and a Starfleet Security Office would be nice. Some doff missions for the place would be great too either in orbit or the adventure zone or the city. Please flesh out this location.

For years people asked to correct bugs in Defera. The "yellow" floor in the power plant is broken. The hard mission on the city requires several minutes before resetting and I believe that there may be other bugs. Unfortunately the Devs didn't do anything for this area. I wonder if it is due to some old code that turn to be impossible to maintain and change.
Unfortunately the answer for you is... forget about the changes and bug fix for this area, they will never arrive unless they remove and redesign the area completely. Yes, it's sad, it's a nice area for practice and to collect omega marks.
