Quick question concerning Fleet invites...

I am a proud member of one of the oldest Fleets around in STO: AlphaBlade and Blade of Kahless.
I have many a character in there, and as one of the oldest members, I am Officer.
So, I made a new Disco Character, which i want to invite into the Fleet AlphaBlade, but no other officer is online, atm.
Is there a command where I can invite this character from my own account, just a different character in said Fleet?

    If you have invite privileges, you can invite your own alts in the fleet window.

    As warpangel said. If your fleet has the privileges set so that Officers can do Fleet invites, then you invite your own alts the same way as inviting anyone. Go to your Fleet roster, select invite, type in your alts name@handle and done. Then switch to your alt and accept, you can then switch back and promote your new member alt just as high as your Fleet permissions allow.
    If you don't have invite privileges at your level in your Fleet, then no, there is no magic command you can use to invite your alt.
