need some mission help

anyone know how the new mission system is setup ive done all the episodes except for gamma quadrant and age of discovery im trying to do gamma episode but its not letting me get any of the missions not sure what i need to do so im stuck and whats up with that contact this person etc under missions i dont get why they did this any help is nice thanks

    what level are you? I think you have to be level 65

    i found out earlier that gamma was broken but thats the episode to get you to 65 i think
