Mission: Facility 4028 Jem'Hadar BO reward -Tailoring

So, i ran this mission to get this fellow to use as a tac officer on the bridge of my vanguard carrier. I am an Alien FED. Hurray i thought when i finished the mission and got him activated on the ship and for use as my tacical on ground missions.
Off i went to the tailor to suit this warrior up in shiney new spandex, but no, that was not possible!

Include the tailoring options for this officer, Cryptic?
Also, i'd love Jem'Hadar (any species) to be able to use FED/KDF clothing. At least some customization for the Jemmie and clothing, as we DO have them as a playable species and more BOFFS for those that can be changed.
