Cryptic I would spend actual money for a jem;hadar bridge officer pack for my fed

I would pay actual MONEY to get the 3 vanguard Jem'hadar bridge officers offered in the vanguard pack, if I could use them on my Federation captain. I have considered buying the expensive vanguard pack, but if I did and my fed captain couldn't commission the jem'hadar officers.....( having them tell me that they serve the founders and I should look to my own quadrant for officers) I would be beyond mad. There isn't a word in any human language that could do justice to the level of anger I would have. So I wait. I have been playing this game for 6 years and have been waiting for the day the dominion would be added, but not allowing me to have jem'hadar bridge officers on my fed is the worst taunt I have had to endure in this game. Please offer the 3 vanguard Bridge officers in a pack at the c-store. USABLE BY ALL FACTIONS. I would pony up 900 ,1000 or even 1200 zen for it. Or at least make the jem'hadar in the vanguard pack usable by ALL FACTIONS....fed and Klingon, and I will dig deep and scrap up the money for it. I know for a fact there are other players that have created look alike jem'hadar bridge officers using the alien templet, I'm sure they would also appreciate being able to ditch their fake jem'hadar for the real thing. I don't think that this is too much to ask, and you would make your loyal players happy and make a profit at the same time. Having those 3 bridge officers will finally complete my primary character, and all would be good in the galaxy.

    the vanguard bridge officers pack from that bundle can be claimed on any faction. something I have done already. :)

    I would pay it, you have no idea how important this is to me. It would allow me to finally complete my primary. I guess most of the community would call it a space-Barbie thing, but I don't think that does it justice. Thanks for the info on the vanguard pack boffs not playable by other factions. Now I'm glad I didn't buy it. Hopefully they will rethink this Dominion only restriction.

    Zebulongiles, are you saying that you purchased the vanguard pack, and commissioned the 3 bridge officers under a federation or Klingon captain..( ie not the dominion faction)? I have been told several times that they are only usable with a dominion faction first. I ask because after reading this I am fighting the urge to purchase the pack right this second. Its a decent chunk of change and I need to be sure.

    Lack of ability to recruit Jem'Hadar bridge officers is one of the reasons why I pretty much abandoned my Jem after he completed the recruiting objectives.

    Seaofsorrows, If you wanted Boffs for your dominion faction jem'hadar, you just need to go to DS9 promenade and see Loriss....or however you spell her name. She can provide your jem with bridge officers. We are talking about getting jem Boffs for non-dominion captains.

    Yeah, those are just common quality. I want to recruit real ones, but thank you for the tip.

    If you get the Gamma Vanguard pack(13000)?zen,..you get 3 jem'hadar very rare boffs,..that can train in ALL the spec. skills. ie intel,..pilot,..command,.ect. claimable on any toon on the account fed or kdf.,,

    Yeah, right now the only way to get a crew of VR BoFFs is to drop $130 on the pack.. that's simply not going to happen.

    I just don't want them that badly. :smiley:

    Everything in the Vanguard pack IS usable by all factions (though you need to unlock the ships by leveling them to 6 on a jemmy first).

    Warpangel, have you personally claimed the bridgeofficers from the pack on a fed or kling captain? I need to know it is 100% possible before I spend that kind of money.

    Same, was the only way to get a full away team of real Jem'Hadar for my aliengen Vorta.

    it's not just 3 VR BOs with Space Trait.... you do get those ships as well... 3 T5 & 7 T6s I think. Card ships unlock spiral wave weapons, thou they cost a ton to buy from dil store vs the Andorian weapons.

    Also you need to keep a Cardy ship on roster... if you dismiss and have zero card ships, you lose options to buy spiral wave weapons (which is stupid, game should look at account ship unlocks and not ship roster)

    I'd pay to transfer toons to different eras.
    I'd pay to have custom warp visuals and sounds.
    I'd pay to be able to fully customize a ship.
    I'd pay for more ships.
    I'd pay to own a moon.

    There is a ton in this game I would pay for, but nothing ever comes to fruition. I'm okay with spending money on a game and I believe there is a lot they could add to the game that would bring in additional revenue.

    I'm fairly sure the 20 dollar Starter pack has those same Boffs.
