Cannot find the 4th piece of equipment to repair for Neelix

Doing the Reunion quest line and repairing equipment. Fixed 3 of the 4 but the green arrow is gone and don't know what else to fix. Can anyone help???

    It's in what I guess is the astrometrics lab. I think you can access through the hangar.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    You need to take turbolift up. the reason it is not showing green circle on map is that it is on a different floor.

    look on the map for the little round room next to another little round room, those are the turbo lifts.
