SOLVED! The 'mystery' of the "missing free ship".

I just found the 'missing' free ship that one of the STAR TREK ONLINE characters I created, didn't get when the character was advanced in grade to LTCMDR.
It seems that the "OVERFLOW BAG", part of the INVENTORY is like a big DIPLOMATIC POUCH. Virtually EVERYTHING that doesn't go straight into the inventory, goes into the overflow bag. Somehow, even something as massive as a STARSHIP, can wind up in the "overflowbag".
