Sunrise Mission giver dialog right at start of tutorial

I just started a new KDF toon and the moment I had talked to K'Gan, the mission giver dialog for "Sunrise" popped up. My toon doesn't even know about the Iconian war yet, I think this is a bit premature...

When I accepted that, the next mission from J'mpok arrived. I think there's a bug related to deciding when to offer missions.
