Trying to create Orion Fleet

I’m trying to create an Orion fleet that offers FAIR advancement opportunities.

So, if anyone wants to help me create an Orion Fleet, I will promote the four people to the highest ranks. We can build the fleet to be better than some others; a more FAIR fleet that will offer advancement opportunities to fleet members & not just use people as a source of recourses for the owner’s gain.
