unable to Load Tribble due to Fatal Error massege

since the first patch involving the revamped journal i've been unable to play on Tribble to due to a Fatal Error Message that reads
"Fatal Error: Direct3D Driver Returned a Error Code (E_INVALIDARG) While Creating Vortex Shader" and since then it only load like 10% then give me the same error message.
