Apparently "100%" progress in upgrading and TP isn't enough

I know that the game is rigged to make me spend just one more token to get all the way to 100% when upgrading equipment, but this is insane. I spent tokens and got to exactly 100%, that is 153,600/153,600 technology points, but I still need to spend one more token and the required dilithium to unlock the next level. That's cheating.

    Yes, you need to exceed the value for the upgrade to work. It's been like that since upgrading system was 1st implemented.
    However, the statistical probability for you to match the exact value is extremely low.

    Doesn't matter how long it's been like that, it needs to be fixed. The fact it's been sitting on the pile the longest just makes it worse.

    I'd make matching the exact value make the item gold by default :D
