TOS Holographic Bridge Officers For Lifetime Subscribers

Last year they gave out TOS Holographic Bridge Officers for lifetime subscribers. So I bought the Lifetime Subscriber pack and they were not included. It has been a full year since I bought the subscription and I am disappointed that these Boffs are not currently available to new lifetime members. Obviously I think they should be included in the pack since you have previously gave to them away to lifetimers.

Can you please re-issue them.

    I have them on my LTS account but thats not due to it being an LTS.

    As mentioned in the very similar thread about TOS holoboffs they are for conventions or a bribe to buy zen and very occaisionally a random come back and play promo email that noone really knows what the triggers its arrival.

    Yes and no... yes they were given away at conventions however maybe you did not fully read my post so I will try again.

    Last year they were given away to Lifetime and monthly subscribers. All th.e lifetime subscibers and monthly subscribers in my fleet got them and claimed them from their C/zen store.

    I bought the Lifetime in hopes of getting the holoboffs and hoped thet over the year they would again hand them out.

    Do you understand my post now?

    I am just asking that they be re-issued. It has been a full year and I think that it would be a nice thing to do.

    it's not a part of the lift time sub benefits... they are still giving them away... you just need to spend a fixed amount of zen in 1 month.

    How much? I have spent plenty in this game? And last year they just gave them away to everybody without asking them to buy aor spend zen...

    If what you say is true then how much does one need to spend? I have recently spent 100 dollars.. I buy zen all the time.

    Hmm.. should I contact support or make a ticket? I am not a whale but I buy enough zen every month... I have bought delta pack, ship sets and countless ships... I am sure the delta pack alone should have qualified me :(

    I have confirmed with my friends that they just appeared out the the blue last year in their C-store.

    I have contacted support.

    Its only partly down to the amount of zen you add to the account but also WHEN you added the zen. What you then spend it on has zero impact.

    If there wasn't a promotion on then the zen being added is just zen and counts towards nothing extra.

    I've never seen a NEWS or GNN announcement of TOS holo-boffs for getting a LTS on PC. Was this on console and did you save the email or link to the announcement? Or did you hear this second-hand in zone chat or from someone else?

    LTS sub here. They have never been a part of the LTS sale or benefits. I received them out of the blue one day and I spend very, very little in game compared to many who did NOT get them. I'm talking less than 30.00 annually which leaves me to believe the distribution of them was completely random. Best of luck with getting them though, maybe support knows something I don't and hooks ya up.

    Being an LTS, I think I would know if they sent them to all LTSers. They didn't, but I did get them through the same Email promo that a lot of others did. As others have pointed out already, a few times, there were (are?) a few ways to get them but being LTS isn't and has never been one of them.
