Looking for new fleet and/or attach my current small fleet to an Armada

I'm a new-ish player (December 2017) looking for an active armada to attach my current small fleet (8 players, Fed) to help it grow, and/or a more active fleet to have 1 of my characters join (Fed/KDF doesn't matter), preferably one with some members that engage in role-play (most of my characters have multi paragraph backstories I'd love to grow) but not a must.
