What no Fleet Lafayette-class Recon Destroyer (T6) ??

Is anyone experiencing same problem as I , unable to purchase the Fleet Lafayette-class Recon Destroyer (T6) too? I purchased the two-ship pack. Grind to C-store ship until I unlocked the ship's V mastery.
