Ok I remade a crew using this guide:

As you can see I individualized the outfits. Also, Soheth wears what Soheth feels like wearing.

What top is that you have on your 6 of 9 Borg? Looks like a good middle between Fed and Rom uniforms, and maybe even good for KDF, as well.

Kobali wrap, so it is a cross-faction costume, but.... limited edition. finding things with a V neck in the Fed wardrobe was surprisingly hard. More so if it's a V-neck with an undershirt. I haven't exhaustively studied KDF options. But, the second and third best options were the Troi and Bajoran militia uniforms.
