Is the issue with accessing the support web page for Star Trek Online ever going to get fixed? For years now, the support web site has been inaccessible due to a redirect error. Could someone please get the web developers to fix it?

    Bug reports go to the bug forum.

    I'm not familiar with the issue that you're referring to, but there's a link to the support page in my signature block. Try it and see if it gets you to where you need to go. /Thread
