Best ship pack choice - 31st Century Temporal Pack or Klingon Command Cruisers

Currently have 4500 zen. All toons below, level 60.
Main toon, FED-TAC flying Jem Dreadnought (tier 5-U) pre VIL with 12 fighters
4 rommies, 1 fed 3 kdf all flying scimitars
1 kdf-tac flying KDF Intel Cruiser
1 temporal fed-tac flying tier 5 battlecruiser giveaway
2 jem's (VIL) (1 Fed, 1 kdf, both tac) using generic ship offerings to them, no other lobi/c-store ships, haven't used any ships open to acct

I was looking initially for a ship to change to more of a true battlecruiser to replace the KDF Intel Ship. Then I thought that it would benefit from the new season of allowing rommies to fly faction ships. Then I thought about improving Fed ship choices. However for now not worried about any fed upgrades. 1st choice upgrade to kdf-tac with close ties to upgrade of jem-kdf/fed but more so rommies fed/kdf.

The 31st Temporal ships can be used by any faction - bonus hit all three factions at once
The Klingon Command Cruisers (pack of 3) - benefit all kdf aligned toons no help to fed toons

So these two bundles meet my first and follow up needs of KDF and Rom improvements and JEM (VIL). However can't decide which is best. I like fighter bays, prefer 4 front or 5 weapons and no less than 3, prefer 4 rear. Use DHC Disruptor Nanite up front with Rom Rapid Plasma Torp, in rear 4 turrets of Disruptor Nanite. Usually use rapid cannon II. Have at least a sci and eng ship and shield repair. Not sure what else would help in describing way of fighting. Found Scimitars best weapon not really that useful the big cannon (tholaron). Prefer solo pve don't do any pvp. Usually prefer random que and doing things solo.

in light of the time factor I don't have much time to pick. Any help greatly appreciated.

Neither of those cruisers is particulary well suited for DHCs. The Chronos dreadnought is a whale and the command crusiers are just slightly above that. If you want a battlecruiser with a bit mobility and a front heavy layout then go for the Arbiter/Kurak/Morrigu bundle, not only are they very good ships but also have one of the best ship traits for energy weapon based builds.

Arbiter/Kurak/Morrigu bundle. 3 of the best ships ingame for dps. Essential dps trait (EWS) and easy account discount (20k fc and 1 fm instead of 20k fc and 5 fm) on all toons for the fleet ships - Fleet Arbiter, Fleet Kurak, Fleet Morrigu.

You can't get a better time to purchase this if you haven't purchased it already.

Do you have dil to sell? I tend to recommend the 15,000 discount packs.

I third the Arbiter/Kurak/Morrigu bundle but mostly because I enjoy the Arbiter and used the Morrigu on my Rom, I am pretty much assuming the KDF ship is just as good as them.

I wish I had that much, struggled to put together the 4500 zen (about 1,219,500 dil). You might say I robbed peter to pay for Paul or however that saying goes. Not sure if I have bought the fleet modules or not. I know one of my rom-kdf scimi needed a t5u upgrade and I don't remember if cryptic gave away any fleet modules at any time

Have a look at the Cardassian Bundle. They are cross-faction like the 31st Cent. Ships.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

The Kurak is the C-store [T6] battlecruiser. The fleet [T6] version is called the Fleet Mogh Battlecruiser [T6]:

I'd stick the DHCs on this from the 31st century bundle:

Battle cloak and other goodies would make that a nice setup. On other thing, out of the Z store all the 31st century ships are fleet level. You don't have to buy a fleet version to upgrade unlike other ship choices as well.

For a Klngon character, use your zen to buy and sell keys on the exchange do you can buy the D7 Temporal Light Cruiser. It is a pocket battleship! It's my favorite KDF ship and with a temporal seat a LOT of fun to play.

This is the pack they are referring to.

It really is one of the best deals you can get. Yes, it's 6K Zen and you only have 4500, but you would be better off waiting and getting something you want or need then you would be spending what you have now and getting something that isn't what you want.

The Battle Cruiser 3 pack comes with 3 of the best ships in the game. They all have very useful consoles and a star ship trait that is considered 'must have' in damage oriented builds. Even your characters that won't use one of these ships can benefit from unlocking the trait. Your Fed and KDF characters all get a really nice ship and your Roms get 2 each since they can also claim the ship of their allied faction.

The big downside is they're not 'fleet quality' from the C-Store so they require a Module to get up to Fleet Level. If that's a deal breaker to you then the 31st century pack is probably the right pack for you.
    Insert witty signature line here.

I will repeat the above posters....the bc pack is the single best investment any player can make in terms of ships in this game. Traits are amazing and the ships are fantastic. You can upgrade to fleet when you have the ec since you can buy the module on the exchange. Also note you have the fed t5 bc so getting the bc pavk will also give you the console 2 piece set bonus....tasty bonus to phaser damage.
