Prototype Dreadnought Cruiser on Xbox

Hello fellow Captains!

I have just moved from STO PC to Xbox and finding the transition a little challenging but liking how they have adapted it. I have created a TOS toon and wanting to use 23c. ships only and hoping to get the prototype dreadnought cruiser when I get to 60. I have been on the exchange and can't seem to find it anywhere! Could I please have some pointers on how to get a hold of this wonderful vessel?

    What caused you to make the mistake of playing on console when you were already on PC?
    When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

    nothing wrong with playing the game on console, I enjoy it
