anyway to have selective localizations only be downloaded when patching?

when on-demand patching is disabled, is there a command line for the launcher to have only selective localizations be downloaded when patching?
like say if i only wanted localizations for English and French
if not, is there any chance there can be toggles / check-boxes for that in the launcher's options in the near future?
because downloading all the audio stuff for languages i won't hear or even want to, gets kinda huge, you guys >.<
btw: also posting this on the Neverwinter forums, because i dunno if your teams talk to each other at all or just make pew-pew sounds at each other

and yes, i firmly believe you lot are completely, utterly and irresponsibly silly at the workplace and you can not convince me otherwise so... there!
