Tribble Not Updated With "Home" Episode and Rewards

I completed the episode "Home" on my Jem'Hadar toon last night, and xferred them over to Tribble this morning.

1. The Morphagentic Poloran Array is not showing up on my ship, though the spot where it is equipped is now locked with a blank item.
2. The Ketracel White permanent Sated state is missing.
3. Home Episode is not on the Gamma Recruit rewards on Tribble.

Just a few of the things I noticed this morning.
