vizier Class PS4

One question, how can I obtain the vizier class for PS4? I've heard that it shouldn't exist in PS4, but at the Vendor at starbase i can see the variant when i look for the Archon class.

    You probably never will get it, given its special means of acquisition. Being able to see it is likely just an oversight.
