That mission's also a bit funny the other way around. You could be playing it as an actual romulan with actual romulan boffs dressed in actual period uniforms and flying an actual T'liss...and still be inexplicably busted by Temporal Dude for using "holographic disguises."
Well, I suspect you didn't have the ability to perfectly duplicate the uniform worn by the people at that installation.

Voll'Mil's shorts are part of the 23c Klingon uniform. They're the same shorts Rulu and B'Edor(and Kiddumku and Athokkar) are wearing.
I actually left all of them with whatever name they came with. So yeah, "Sytsisia" is just whatever the RNG spit out.
