Cryptic has done extremely well bringing STO content over to consoles that were previously featured only on pc through various promotions, events, or just the Phoenix Prize Pack.
Granted that the Starfleet Photonic Science Officer Candidate was for enticing someone into a monthly sub on the pc, but I would love to add that character to my crew compliment on Xbox One. Is there any possibility that this officer may someday make his way to consoles, even as a C-Store or Lobi Crystal Consortium purchase?
