Missing Background for NPCs on Galaxy Sets

Recently replayed "Beyond the Nexus", and found that all NPCs on Galaxy maps were not displaying backgrounds; instead the background was stark white. This occurred for La Forge throughout, as well as for all characters interacted with on the Madison. I'm now playing "Melting Pot" and once again La Forge's background on the Challenger is missing.
