Duty Officers - Department Heads - Security

I hope this is the correct place to report this bug, I do the duty officer daily's but when I click on the "Security" tab, nothing happens. The other five tabs respond correctly. It has been this way with my Jem'Hadar character since the new season offered them as players. On the other five tabs, whatever one I select will show up under the "Department Heads" tab on the left of that window, but not the Security tab.
