Since the hunter crossbow was judged to be underperforming, it was buffed.
the ferengi missile launcher is also underperforming so should be buffed, since it's also a lobi item.

GPL trait:
the missile launcher will ask for a certain amount of GPL at the start of a PVE to increase fire cycle haste, or alternatively constantly drain GPL to increase fire cycle haste, comes at epic quality.
Haste trait:
increases fire cycle haste stacking while missiles are being fired, including the kentari one.
reload trait:
since the missile launcher is supposed to be rapid fire, it should be updated with the newer modifier from kelvin lockbox.

The Corrosive torp is nice as a debuffer, but it's bugged when under TSx (turns the debuff off). HY moves slow (see issues with destructible torps), but is a guaranteed debuff on the target. Still, the HY damage and the plasma DoT does need to be buffed.
Corrosive mine is... meh.
Tethered Quantum, I am unfamiliar with. I'll have to look that up.
Now, if the Lobi weapons performed like the Delphic torp, things would be nice....

I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
With destructible torps I do not find the speed issues much of a problem anymore. It can depend on the content being run but for the most part I am not having problems with destructible torps and speed since the speed buff. At times I am getting less missed hits from using destructible torps over normal torps, for example when energy weapons blows up my target the normal torpedoes in flight vanish and are wasted DPS.
While the destructible torps that isn’t wasted DPS as they retarget the next enemy unit. A good example is the Swam which I just ran. The last target in my area died leaving me with 6 destructible hyper torpedoes in flight with nothing to target. The destructible torpedoes paused and then when the next wave came in they retargeted and did some nice AoE damage to the entire group that warped in.
Saying that I do admit they are not the best choice for a high end DPS runs where you are trying to push records but for general content they work really well as long as you stack up the speed boosts.
