Why can ACCOUNT WIDE STARSHIP traits not be unlocked/claimed on level 65 Jem'Hadar toon?

Account wide Starship traits I would expect to be able to claim them on my recent toons too. So I am amazed I cannot. What am I doing wrong here?

Which traits? If you mean the ones from the recruitment event, Jem'Hadar need 20hrs of gameplay in order to unlock their DR/AOY rewards (to, quite literally, prevent the STO economy from imploding). If you mean the reclaimed ship traits in the dilithium store tab, those are only available 1. if you have T6 c-store ships that don't have an analog for the other factions (ex. intel, temporal, excelsior) and 2. if your Jem'Hadar is a member of that other faction.


For retaliation: you need to be KDF. Otherwise, you'll have to claim that trait the old fashioned way (ie. just level the ship, you have access to it being FED.)

It's to prevent you from easily gaining the dil/marks/ec rewards but the traits and devices themselves wouldn't cause this issue, unfortunately due to the way that you claim everything they had to disable the whole thing for that timelimit which is annoying when you just want the traits and devices.
