Ideas for a T6 Luna class

As one of the science ships not yet in T6 form what changes do you think it should go through for a possible T6 and T6 Fleet form?
Personally I think it could use an upgrade to its Lieutenant Tactical boff seat to Lt. Commander and maybe even make it universal instead of tactical, and as for specialized boff seating I think it could be command for either its Lt. Commander science boff seat or the tactical/universal boff seat upgrade which I recommended. Yes I think a Federation science ship such as the Luna class could use the command spec like the Sona command science vessel we got a while back.
I am not at all sure for what kind of special console and mastery traits it could have nor the amount of shields/hull.
I really think it's about time that the supposed class of ship for the USS Titan which Riker was going to command got the treatment which it deserved.
