Did not receive my gamma vanguard pack, eventhough i bought it.

Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone else has had this issue, i preordered the gamma vanguard pack the day it was announced when i logged into the game today, i was unable to claim it and the game said i had to pay 13k zen to buy the pack. I have sent a ticket to cryptic about this issue, if anyone knows how i can correct this, please leave a reply here.

Start the game with one of your toons and claim the pack in the C-Store. Worked for me and a couple others.

Does anyone know?

1- Can you buy both packs now from the C Store using Zen? How much Zen are they selling for?
I imagine as soon as you buy them they are available account wide?

2-Or if you buy either pack from their website:

How long would it take to get it enable to your account in game? I imagine depending on your cc or paypal might take longer to approve than C store one?

I pre purchased the smaller pack. HAd to start the game with a current toon, claim the pack in the store and now it's all available. So yeah, seems to be as soon as you buy them.

Claim it on an alt first.

what badmoon said, i tried making a van'hedar first but it said locked. Logged into another toon grabbed the pack and bam van'hedar was an option. The pack was there for my toon to get as well.
