Hi,
there are some flaws in the ground map "Frenzy"
First, there are some areas in the Ore Processing map, in which the background sound is completely toned down to silence.
Second, the bridge officers won't follow the character through the pillar walkways.
Third, many of the attendant bugs clip through the storage boxes.

Thank you for beating me to this. It's caused me no small amount of frustration, marring an otherwise fantastic episode. You seem to have covered everything, with one exception: not only will bridge officers not follow through the pillar walkway, periodically they'll jump over the railing, plummeting to the lowest level, or get stuck between the pillar and walkway.
