Jem'hadar Bridge officers and Training

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. But I was unable to find any contact to recruit more Jem'hadar bridge officers or train bridge officers. I know that the Jem'hadar captains can get some of that from their allied faction. But they should be able to have their own contact for that similar to the Romulans and since they don't have their own home planet at this point. You might be able to put it on DS9 or on Odo's flag ship or something.

    Fed Jem'Hadar can train their boffs with Commander Roxy(!) at DS9 Ops.
