Ending Mission "The Search" leaves you inside Dosi sun

When I ended the mission and returned to sector space after completing "The Search", my ship was stuck "inside" the Dosi sun. It wasn't actually in the sun mesh, but I was unable to fly away, being blocked by an invisible wall.

    Could you use transwarp to escape? Please tell me that still functions.

    Yes, that's what I had to do. I used Transwarp to Defera.

    Yep, this is what I do as well.

    Sadly, this bug has existed for years and can happen just about anywhere. Not sure if this is on the radar to ever be fixed, but it would be nice.
