I am a player of Star Trek Online since the day this Wonderful Game went Free2Play, 6 Years Ago.
In all this time i appreciated all that there was and is in this ever evolving, awesome game.
One thing i noticed tho, particularly as of late, is that we Players can develop much more of it, expecially in the Social side of it, something this Game Category, the MMOS, can shine in.
I was wondering... what if we Players can make this game even greater, by uniting all our RP (thus Immersion) efforts in a Community-Wide channel or System, in which potentially every Roleplayer or those interested in RPO can have fun?
Any player, any level, from Any Fleet, Any Faction, who have RP interest in Common, feel free to come by or contact me & start up this Game-Community Wide Effort.

Though in practice, I do have a few concerns:
1. Timezones! I do a bit of Trek RP in Second Life myself, and timezones seem to be a pretty big issue to consider.
2. Where does everyone meet anyway? Depending on factions, certain zones will be off limits for some, so perhaps more neutral locales would be in order. Risa? DS9? Dyson Sphere HQ?
3. And then, we have the issue of people's personal head-canons! XD What do we all agree on, in terms of where the story goes, and what can be done to make sure no one's toes are stepped on? After all, we can't all be Kirk, Picard, etc. And then head-canon based cross-overs ...
In short, I am all for it! Just the question of what the plan is. ^^
And knowing is half the battle!

i figured this why, things could be easy for us players to find other RPers or find accessible RP sessions, and maybe even encouraging it in the player base
Of ourse the idea i am putting in can be greatly improved and refined with feedback.
