Faction Fleet T6 ships not available for Romulans

Contrary to the notice, faction T6 fleet ships are not available to Romulans. None of the cruisers, science ships or tactical ships on the Fed side are given to my Romulan Science officer in the new ship selector screen. the only selections are Warbirds, the Lukari Dranuur Scout and the Suliban Silik Flight Deck Cruiser . I don't have a KDf side Romulan to check that side. The NON FLEET lower tier ships are available for dilithium. There are no ships available at all in the FLEET rank outside of Warbirds.

    None of the T5 or T6 faction ships show up for either of my KDF or Fed aligned romulans. I assume it has something to do with the C Store being disabled on Tribble, but nonetheless, they are not available even though the release notes say they should be.

    C-store has absolutely nothing to do with availability of fleet ships.
